With a degree in City & Regional Planning from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Jason’s career has spanned roles with Caltrans and private consulting firms, managing projects in Southern California and beyond. He currently serves as the President of SDTDA.

Lorraine specializes in CEQA/NEPA compliance and has been actively involved with SDTDA, where she serves as Vice President.

As the Marketing Manager for the California region at Parametrix, she drives strategic initiatives and brand development. Antoinette is a long-standing board member of SDTDA and has held leadership roles with WTS and SMPS.

Jake is the Regional Director and Associate Principal at Towill, Inc., where he oversees operations in Southern California. With over 30 years of experience, Jake has managed contracts with public agencies and utilities in aviation, transportation, and land development projects. He holds professional land surveying licenses in California and Nevada and has been involved with SDTDA and other professional associations throughout his career.

Domenic is a registered professional civil engineer with 29 years of experience, licensed in five states. Currently, he is the California District Operations Lead at WSP, where he manages both public and private sector projects, including roadway, grading, and utility plans. Domenic holds a degree in Civil Engineering from UCLA and has been involved with SDTDA, ASCE, and APWA for over 25 years.

Anthony (Tony) Sanchez is a bridge engineer with 33 years of experience. A UC Berkeley Civil Engineering graduate with a PhD from UC San Diego, his seismic research contributed to the Caltrans seismic bridge code. Tony has designed over 100 bridges across the US and Canada, earning over 40 design awards, particularly for his bicycle and pedestrian bridge projects.
