Christopher Burke is a tolling and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) professional with experience in the development, implementation, and oversight of technology and organizational programs across both public and private sectors. Prior to entering the transportation industry, Christopher worked as a product manager in the technology field, focusing on customer service. Christopher has presented at ITS California, the Transportation Research Board (TRB), the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association (IBTTA), and other regional events.

Michael Kinnard is an Engineering Project Manager with more than 35 years of combined public and private sector experience, including the past 24 years with the City of La Mesa. He has managed and contributed to several notable projects, including the La Mesa Downtown Village Streetscape, the Junior Seau Sports Complex, Briercrest Park, and the upcoming Grossmont Center Drive Bridge Widening Project. His professional experience reflects a strong commitment to delivering high-quality public works projects that enhance safety, functionality, and community value.
