Naomi Young is a Principal Economist with SANDAG (San Diego Association of Governments).  She has over 20 years of experience embedding economic insight in private and public sector initiatives. At SANDAG, she leads a team of economists focused on San Diego’s economy, supporting short and long-term forecasting, quantifying the economic impacts of transportation infrastructure, and characterizing the importance of being part of a bi-national economy.
